I began working on a Coca Cola website after I looked online and thought that the current layout and design looked cluttered and could use an update.
I researched into what was important to the company’s values and tried to strip the less important information from their cluttered landing page.
Keeping the company’s slogan and trademark wave makes the website instantly recognizable and breaks up the website into easier to digest sections.
Here I have shown the difference between the Original Coca Cola website - compared to the one I have designed.
I redesigned the Nike website - I wanted to show different stages of the purchasing journey.
I wanted the Nike athletes to feature in the store as they are what inspire people to buy Nikes active wear and trainers.
I have tried to make the store easy to navigate with the side bar for searching, basket and catalogue while also keeping all the different ranges and products Nike have.
The layout is simple to navigate and the side scrolling selection for each range make the site easier to find what the customer is looking for.
I started developing ideas to rebrand some of the UK's biggest brands and give them a more modern look while still being recognizable.
I re-designed the logos and began adding them to places where consumers might see these logos everyday.
keeping the same color schemes as the original is what makes these products and services instantly recognizable.
I have also created some of my own brands and developed art work for other companies whilst keeping to their brand guidelines.
For my university dissertation I created a top down RPG game. The purpose of my research for the game was to understand how users learn to play the game. I created two tutorials at the beginning of the game and ran A/B tests on random subjects and collected a range of qualitative and quantitative data. The tutorials had different user interfaces and vastly different user experiences.
Here are two other projects I worked on while at university. I worked individually and in team projects. I have gained experience in roles as: Project Manager, Programmer, 2D and 3D artist, Narrative Designer, UI and UX Designer and Mechanics, Metrics and Analytics Supervisor.
